This 31-story mixed-use building features office, hotel, and commercial spaces. The office floors, from the 4th to the 15th floors, offer a pillar-free space of approximately 530 tsubo (1,750 m²) per floor, allowing for a variety of layouts. The offices are also environmentally conscious, featuring double-paned glass and using electricity generated from renewable energy sources. For these office floors the horizontal circulation recycled carpet tiles “ECOS®” LX series were selected. In the private office areas the ECOS LX-1816, featuring a simple yet beautifully textured shadow design, was installed in a checkerboard pattern. The overall concept is "a racecourse open to the public like a park," with the facility serving as a lively landmark for the community. SUMINOE GROUP’s custom carpets were installed in the horse owners’ executive area and the general horse owners' area. The designs feature bamboo craftsmanship, a traditional Kyoto art form, modernly expressed through the weaving of bamboo, as well as motifs inspired by traditional Kumiko woodworking and textiles, bringing a uniquely Kyoto-style aesthetic to the space. The 80-meter-long executive lobby showcases a bold combination of color blocks and delicate Kumiko patterns, offering different visual experiences in each section.

Hankyu Nishinomiya Gardens, one of the largest lifestyle-oriented shopping malls in Western Japan, underwent a renewal of the main corridor in front of the food court, where vinyl woven carpet 2tec2® and the horizontal circulation recycled carpet tiles "ECOS®" were installed. In the dining space, known as the Humming Garden, challenges included managing food spills and drink stains; hence, the easy-to-clean and maintenance-friendly vinyl woven carpet 2tec2® was chosen, finished with a design that features intersecting curves. The East Mall corridor connecting to the Humming Garden also incorporated a combination of vinyl woven carpet 2tec2® and horizontal circulation recycled carpet tiles "ECOS®". Both areas feature highly intricate and complex designs, receiving high praise from the client.

Due to the damage from the 2016 Kumamoto earthquake, Hotel Kadoman underwent reconstruction and celebrated its grand reopening on October 17, 2020, with a wide selection of SUMINOE flooring products. For the custom tufted carpet design, we worked closely with the client, who expressed a desire to create a design that highlights the magnificent natural scenery while incorporating elements of Japanese style. The final product satisfied the client's expectations. The carpet features a traditional Japanese pattern, the Asanoha (hemp leaf) motif, created in bright colors to provide a cohesive theme throughout the hotel. Different spaces have varying gradients and accent colors to enhance the overall experience.

Shimanto City, located in the southwestern part of Kochi Prefecture, boasts rich forest resources and the last clear stream in Japan, the Shimanto River. Visitors come for canoeing, stand-up paddleboarding (SUP), and surfing at the beaches, while drives and cycling offer breathtaking views of the sinking bridges and mountains. The new Shimanto-Pia (Shimanto City cultural center) opened in April 2024 as a place for citizens to relax, replacing the old Shimanto City cultural center and central community center. The “SUMINOE art doncho” was chosen for this facility. The design of the drapery captures the shimmering surface of the Shimanto River reflecting the symbol of Shimanto City, the "Aka-tekkyo" (Shimanto River Bridge, Watarigawa Bridge), and was created by FABRIKO Inc. Utilizing a variety of unique patterns without repetition, special attention was paid to the vividness of the red. Additionally, by designing the drapery to match the chair upholstery, the seating, floor, and walls harmonize to create a cohesive space. Uniquely, the system allows for both a split-opening mechanism and a lift-up feature. The soft texture characteristic of jacquard drapery enhances the overall design during opening and closing. We hope this drapery will be loved by the citizens along with the facility for years to come.

Located in Nakanoshima, a historic center of information and culture in Osaka and a representative business district, the lower floors of the Daibiru Main Building are a restored facility of the old Daibiru Main Building, which has been cherished since 1925. The "Daibiru Salon '1923'" on the first floor of the Daibiru Main Building recreates the decorative items and furnishings from the former building, adorned in a Neo-Romanesque style, capturing the atmosphere of the "Great Building Club" from the Taisho era. For this "Daibiru Salon '1923'," we provided custom hooked carpets, custom embroidered voile lace, and custom tassels. The custom hooked carpet, in particular, was designed based on historical photographs, and through trial and misinterpret during the discussions, we created a product with a warm, gentle texture using 12 colors. Thanks to the cooperation of those involved, we were able to create an elegant space that fully satisfied our customers.
